Ummmm, did you actually even READ the post, or were you just intent on being a moron and trying to flame me?
YES, Locked containers, YES, lots of NPC's drop them. YES, sometimes they have relatively nice things in them. YES I have had them drop off of lower level marks before, and YES they have had some nice CA's in them, the last one was a 19.2k health NPC, that dropped a locked container, and inside was , wow, a +14 Chassis experimentation tape.
NO, a respec has nothing to do with it, I dont even know what that has to do with my post.
You obviously missed the context of my message. you would THINK a HIGH LEVEL NPC that dropped a locked container might have something nicer inside of itthan a set of broken electrobinoculars, oh never mind, im wasting my time with you.

Ummm... I actually wasn't trying to flame you. If you look at my other posts, there isn't an edit in any of them, so it was genuinely what they are. I saw in your original post a Mod-bot thing and at first thought you put it in... so I tested it out.

And I agree...contents in a locked container should reflect the level of the npc they came off....this is an RPG right?
