He may have asked for it that way. But the high SAC along with the armor is what's doing him in.

Well, that's it. Im ready to kill a lots of jedi. And i need help.

Current template :

Master Bounty hunter

Master Rifleman

4000 combat medic.

Got me a layerd BH armor, got me a nice trandosian rifle, stats bellow:

Sliced 10% critical hit chance.

Bade Type: Energy

Attack speed: 2,38

Your Modified speed: 1,4

Damage: 517 - 1176

Accuracy Bonus: 64

Wound: 31.05%

Estimated Base DPS: 355 / sec

Your modified DPS: 605,12 / sec

Range: 0-65m

Special Attack Cost 106

(this is without powerup)

But i still cant find a way to beat jedi, HEAD ON HEAD.

If i catch them off guard then ican win. But if they know im comming no chance in hell.

What's wrong is it me that have wrong equipmnet, template, or is it just my use of things that dont work out.

Please help.

Give me some input on this and get me on the right way.

Thanks a LOT.

Get ur armor sliced for Armorbreak.......don't forget foods foods foods. Check the posts theres been some recently for some great food combos.

Get that gun sliced....I've never been a rifleman, but I'd get it sliced for speed, then throw an action pup on it.

Is your armor ab sliced? also on my server, you can get recon armor with 8100+ resist to energy. The bh's with that recon armor are extremely hard to take down. What foods do you use? How do you go about engaging the target. There re many factors that could be looked at =).

First - I would get some recon armor as it has higher resists to energy, a jedi's only type of damage.

Second - foods and buffs. Self explanitory

Third - Kinetic Rifle. Get one. Most if not all jedi wear PSG's which only work against energy damage. You're kind of limited on kinetic rifles unless your a wookiee. Try to get an LD-1 from the outcast quests on Kashyyyk.

All right.

Armor is not sliced

Foods that i use is : vegnarian canape, Crispic, booster blue, breath of heaven and pikita pai.

My engaging are usualy track down target and try to get him off guard. But many times im getting spoted

and that ruins my moment of supprise.

terrible SAC on that gun through a pup on it and pray it'll be enough

be sure to take Bofa treats/blob candy/spiced tea. Always have stimpacks and ruby bliel handy...you can use them while knocked down. instead of having bacta toss in your toolbar, make a macro that just says

/bactatoss self

and put it in that icons place. this way you wont need to stop to target yourself.

With sac powerup on it i can get it down to 82

But if i throw in damage powerup i can get that gun up to 1350 in max damage.

Yeah, the SAC on the LD-1 is kinda crappy, but a nice SAC PUP on there along with a full damage slice, one for speed and one for crit, and you should be good to go. Assuming you have an ADK for it.

Max damage means nothing against a jedi. They have too good of defenses, if they have force aura. You will be hitting at closer to your minimum damage. So, try to get as high of min damage as possible.

I would say definately get the recon armor w ab slices, also get a healing efficiency bando and shirt to wear underneath. On my server you can get +19 healing eff clothes. That will help your heals for when he does cach you. Dont forget your parwan and ruby along with your otherfoods. Part of being ranged is all about kiting. The parwan will help you to keep your distance.

I agree completely with all the previous advice, just wanted to add a few other things.

That trando rifle is nice, but that action cost is going to kill you. I'd keep that rifle and use it with a damage pup as your first strike weapon, but look for a lowaction cost rifle too. Oncethat trandodepletes about half you action, switch to a sac pup'd action cost capped weapon. My HLR has a sac of 58 when sac pup'd and I find that is absolutely essential if the fight lasts more than a couple of minutes.

My only other piece of advice, don't expect to win fights that are head to head match-ups. You're a BH, you're not supposed to beat Jedi in a fair fight. There are some templates you will be able to beat, but a good Mdef template will give just about anyone a headache. You have the first strike, use it to your advantage. I love being a MBH/Mrifle for just that reason. Pick the right moment, then hit the jedi hard and fast, if done right, they'll be dead within the first minute. At the very least they'll be on the defensive and you'll have a significant advantage.

Or, you could just loot some reinforced casings and go for a tusken rifle or berserker rifle. Both only take one casing. Full crit slice and SAC pup would probably be the way to go on one of those.
