ok i have been trying a few vairations of my BH template. I am MBH and MRM with master combat prowess as well and some left over skill points.

So i though about going pistoleer and tryed this but didnt like it too much. so tryed CH.

I hunted around for a lvl 19 pet that i could get as that was all i could cotrol, and found one with the knock down trick? thought they got rid of these??

So tryed it on a guild jedi i know and with my pet and me and my boom bot ready we went to work.

So with a macro running to tell my pet to contantly knock him down and with me also able to do thi incase my pet missed, he just stayed on the floor healing for 15min till his force ran out. then set off my boom bot and he incapped.

I forgot that my pet would instantaly DB him so he was not too happy and i spent the next hour appoligising for this.

Just woundered if anyone else has tried this?

KD has a 30 second timer so if what you're saying is true, its a bug.

Okay...So what pet is this? =)

Really though...This is quite interesting. Oh, I don't use bots, but what is a "boom bot"?

Since your pet got the kill, do you think you would earn the cash on a mark?

How can you ask your pet to KD your opponent when pets special attacks are currently broken ?

As a MCH, none of my pets seems to use specials. I really would like to know how you could achieve that.

My pet is a bio eng kadoo and i use the /tellpet special1 command and he knocked them down, i also have knock down so i use that if they get up so can do it ever 15 sec with either me or my pet.

A boom bot is a mse mouse or a r3 droid filled with explosives that yopu can explaode to damage someone or something.

If in doubt pull out a thermal detenator. ;-)

Yep, sounds like good tactics* to me.

* "Good Tactics" being the phrase used to refer to any bug in use by a Bounty Hunter. If same bug was said to be used by a one in the Jedi profession, the phrase "good tactics" should instanly be changed to "exploit."

actually, what bug was he exploiting there?..please enlighten us. he used his pet's kd attack and his own kd attack to chain kd the jedi, i see nothing wrong with it. just as there would be nothing wrong with a jedi doing it. (also, i heard about a bH who got chain stasised for 30 minutes lol...no exploit, just really mean...and funny)

Thanks for that didnt think it was a exploit just clever use of abilitys.

Am looking for 2 low lvl bio pets now with knock down and will see if that works as well.

So, what happens if the Jedi starts attacking your pets when they get up? I mean, if he hits your CL15 pet your pet is toast in one hit.

Just curious.

if they hit my pet i use my knock down and then use the pet incap recovery and let him carry on, thats why i was thinking of getting 2 lvl 10 pets so if one goes the other can carry on while i do the above.
