My current rifle skills are 1/1/0/1 and I have enough xp to get counter-sniping. Should I go up counter-sniping or hold out for another branch first.. Guys please let me know what you think the best way to go up the different trees is.

If you read through some of the older posts, you'll see that Counter-Sniping is the tree that most Masters recommend you complete first. Counter-Sniping 4 gets you a sweet AOE attack that does some nice damage.

I read that but that was posted prior to a patch or two. Didn't know if it still applied.

Go counter sniping til you get Flushing shot 2 this is a nice AOE attack that works great. If you are a non CH get a 14th lvl pet from a CH and send it in to aggro the MOBS then follow it with 2-3 Flushing shot 2's and you will notice your exp GOT way up way fast.

Hey guys I really need some people behind me at the moment. SirVimes I would like to ask you if you can make it a point to increase the amount of storage each house can contain. Right now I have 2 accounts, and both of them have 1 medium and 1 of them has 1 large house. My brother also has a account and I use some of his lots too.

Here is my problem. I use about 4 factories 90% of the time. That right there is 4 lots. I have 1 medium house 2 lots, and I have a total of 10 harvestors runnning at all times. The factories 1 medium house and3 harvestors are run by my master chef. The other large house and 2 Factories are on my fighter account, and my brother has the rest of my stuff on his account.

What my main problem is that for 6 lots the large house has nothing for storage. I fill it up with all my crafting componets and materials and it still gets full almost all of the houses get full. I only have my fighters house decorated because I dont use his house for storage. This bugs me alot. I want to be able to hold more items in my house and decorate it. Even a PA hall is not worth it because it too gets filled wayyy to fast. Is there nothing in the works to increase storage of lots. I know that they can't decrease the amount of lots it takes up because it is almost hardcoded into the game(stupid Idea), plus I wana Own a cantina I cant even do that because of the lots that takes up. All I would like to know is has this issuse been addressed or have they said anything about looking into it?

One last thing. Vimes with the release of the new revamp. We will have no idea what foods do what. No guide to tell us how many schematics are new, and what type of buffs they are. Will they state what they will do before we accually assemble them? I know your not suppose to tell us anything but we will be cooking blindfolded(hehe I know sounds cool until you get burned) they did the same thing with BE and now the BE have no idea what is happening or how to approch the cloneing procedure. Ohh and please dont let them touch our success rates BE's now fail 70% of the time when using rancor DNA. Which takes 5 units of rancor DNA to use in 1 pet, and it takes about 3 hours to get 10 units of DNA that is including cloning.

I dunno Kinda worried because I have played my friends account(needed to make micro nutrients) and tried to clone but I failed 4 out of 4 times when trying to combind.

Either way I would like some input on theamount of stuffhouses can hold brought up to there attention. Please make sure to mention that we cant own a cantina because of the simple fact that we need to own every other Harvestor in the game to makefood.

Thanks
Georb

so umm why do you own a large house? personally I think large houses are the biggest waste of lots/creds in the game. You use less lots with 2 small houses and pay less maintenance and hold more items. I kinda consider the large house role to be that of a status symbol personally if indeed it is set up as intended. The whole lot/item progression for houses does seem to be out of whack tho. Its silly small and meds use the same number of lots..Dont kill me but if a small is 2 lots and a large is 6 lots...shouldnt a medium be 4 lots? I own all small houses except for one medium shop. The only reason I have the medium is because I wanted to display a buffet and I had to have stairs to do that. (another issue that irks me)

Yeah dump the large house, you can get a medium house for only 2 lots and have more capacity then a small. Also try setting up a storage vendor. I have a vendor in my basement selling my crates at 100000000 so noone buys them. Works for great storage. Also factory input hoppers work well also.I have 1 medium house 8 factories 3 merchent tents and 10 harvestors running 24/7. And although storage within the house can get annoying there are ways around it. I am with you though, I hope they raise the capacity on houses. My One bedroom apartment holds more stuff then a large house in game.

well the main reason I own 1 large house is because I am one of the leaders of a PA and its kinda a dumping ground I dont particulary like mediums and I hate smalls. plus I live on tatooine and the mediums are ugly Soo that is why I went to large. If the issuse was I just needed lot space then I would have just placed 5 small houses and been done with it. But This is something that should be corrected in my eyes(even the medium only using 2 lots) if it is taken care of correctly we shouldnt need more then 2 houses to take care of our needs. If they made something like a wharehouse where it had no walls and 1 room and held up to 700 items I would have that as my manufacturing plant and a regular house. Which wouldnt bother me at all. This is one of those things that erks me to no end.

Small and medium have the same capacity. (unless you have the 1 lot naboo small) Which is why 2 lot smalls are the best bang for the buck/lot.

Personally I like the medium houses more..and I despise the look of the smalls but due to the exact same issue, Im currently running 6 2 lotsmalls + a 1 lot small for my residence.

I don't have any extra accounts, and would be running into serious space problems if it weren't for people helping me out. I think as a single-account chef, you basically have two options: (1) Decorate your house and produce less food or (2) Use the house as a storage ground and live in a mess.

As a single account chef with no merchant skill, I think the best option is:

  1. 2-lot Small house (or medium for the better look)

  2. 2 manufacturing plants

  3. 6 medium harvesters (1 reactor, 3 florals,1 gas, 1 mineral probably).

That would use up all your 10 lots. If you make sure your house has 100 available spots, you can probably take two factory runs of 40 crates plus resources in there, meaning that you can probably do an advanced run without a problem. However, with that set up you can almost forget about doing a 40-case run of master-level foods.

You can also store stuff in your bank saftey-deposit box which can hold (iirr) 100 items. If you are careful to throw out all your junk (instead of keeping that newbie cdef) that would give you a solid 200 lots.

With two accounts, the above would give you 400 spots (that's based on 2houses,one well-furnished with 100 items, the other as storage only) and you could still use 3 manufacturing plants and have capacity of 13 harvesters (2 reactors, 6 florals,3 gas, 2 mineral). As an independent, that would get you rocking.

Dont forget you can store stuff in the input of factories...tho I personally am having some flaky issues with factories bugging out and not holding full amounts in the output hopper...but it seems that it seems to be something thats more of an issue for me personally than other people. Just be sure if you use them for storage that you leave enough room to put runs with components in the input hehe

This was brought up a while ago, and I can bring it up again, but I don't see it changing. It is a database problem. I mean, they are reducing the amount of items that a vendor can hold to 150 to relieve stress from the database. Increasing how many items a house can hold would put that stress back.

One last thing. Vimes with the release of the new revamp. We will have no idea what foods do what. No guide to tell us how many schematics are new, and what type of buffs they are. Will they state what they will do before we accually assemble them?

For one thing, at this point I really don't knowthat much more than you do. I know some early plans but no idea if they made it into the game. So I don't know on this one, but my guess is yes.

Also, once it goes to test center I am going to bemaking many posts with as much information as I can get.

Either way I would like some input on theamount of stuffhouses can hold brought up to there attention. Please make sure to mention that we cant own a cantina because of the simple fact that we need to own every other Harvestor in the game to makefood.

One thing I do is alternate harvesters. I will run my mineral harvesters for a while, then my floral harvesters for a while, then my water harvesters for a while...and just keep rotating them so I am getting all kinds of resources and maximizing the use of my lots.

I will bring it up again, but I think it is a difficult technical problem for the developers. again, this is why they are reducing the amount of stuff that merchants can hold.
