Exploit, yes. And it was a CM, not a Doc.

Or, at least, it was CM abilities not Doc abilities that did that...

That is a combat medic mind AE poison, something unique to their class.

Doctors can cure it with the proper cure packs.

Looks to me like the original post asked IF it was an exploit. Now waaaah it IS an exploit.

Big difference, IMHO.

Nah, don't listen to them. It was a new feature, all med centers have them now, it happens when you don't tip your medic/doctor very much. You should give your local doctor all yourcredits right now before it happens again.

No, I'd say if a covert CM can poison a bunch of people who have TEFs without gaining a TEF, it's an exploit.

Which, actually, is what has happened recently. Not necessarily this case though.

actually a covert Cm cant attack anyone with a TEF unless they themselves are TEF to start with which means they can be attacked by overts...

the only exploit right now with CM poison is,

1) u can disease and poison using ur DB tef on ur killer without setting off tef

2) A CM using a dots does not set off TEFs on people they are grped with. These have both been bugged and reported...

the only way a Covert CM can attack other is if they are grped with a overt that was attacked which will activate the abiltiy of the CM to help defend the attacked overt...this means that CMs can attack those grped with the orginally attacker

so no covert CMs CANNOT just randomly attack TEFs without getting tefs themselves

Sorry, but this plain isn't true. Tonight I was in Moenia and had someone try to apply poison to me several times (unsuccessfully). I was a covert Rebel with a TEF and he was a covert Imp with no TEF. Doing this action gained him no TEF and didn't put us in battle mode, so I could defend myself. He admitted it was an exploit and continued to try to apply poison and sid it didn't work with apply disease.

He certainly picked the wrong target anyway, because I'm a Doctor! I had a cure poison pack all ready and waiting, if he was successful (and a probot and a pet in case he overtly attacked)

Chefs should be able to make poison. Specifically poison food that scouts should need to make poison traps. Brawlers could use poison on their weapons. Also Medics should have to use poison made by Chefs. Not sure if this has been posted or not.
