Got my first knight level kill last night...never knew the stronger they got the more they whined.
I grabbed his mission, sent out the droids and saw he was on tat...after 15 minutes of tracking i found him in his player city shopping. His head turns towards me for a few seconds, and he cloaks. I realize hes done the duel exploit, so i ask him to fight me like a jedi. He says "you think you're one funny mother <COUGH> don't you?" After like 5 minutes of him trying to taunt me, he buffs himself with jedi stuffs and uncloaks. I kd him and start spamming critical/headshot. We fight for like 5 minutes. I try to kite at first, but hes a MLS (he was kding me with saber throw) so i give up and go toe to toe. I don't need to heal too much, he only seems to be doing normal saber hit with the occasional kd's. He notices his mind is getting low (and probably his force too) so he cloaks and runs. After like 2 minutes of telling me i shouldnt hunt him, hes a rebel, bla bla bla he runs up and kds me just as he uncloaks. I stand up and attack him again, and after like 3 minutes he cloaks again. Goes on like this for 4 turns (devs PLEASE fix cloak.) Finally, I tell him i'll agree not to kd him (one thing he was whining about) if he wouldn't run when his force or mind got low. He agreed, and 5 minutes in he roots me and takes off...i kd him, critical shot him and run up to db. he stands up before i can get it in and tries to run again but i critical again and get the DB. I start recieving hate tells just after i kill him....he informed me quite a few things about what i like to do with mothers that i was unaware of, and of my resemblence to a kitty cat. Apparantly he'd only had one skill to grind before being full temp, and i set him back 446k xp. He taunted me in tells just repeating crap over and over for like 10 minutes...he even asked my guild leaders name because he says hes going to "get our guild," and that i have no honour. Are all high level jedi like this? before this my highest mission had been 167k, and all paddys i'd killed had been honourable and hadnt flamed, sent hate tells etc.

Ahh, these are the best victories. Love it when they whine like little kiddies.

You killed a Jedi with seemingly no pvp skill whatsoever. Congratulations.

ROFL! Even being a jedi I laugh at this noob. I suggest killing him again before Pub 20 comes out.

What exactly is broken with cloak that needs to be fixed?
From what I read you both seem to be using the same skills in your templates repetatively.

Not sure I would jump to ebay accusations. I think alot of it is people who respec'd out of either non-combat professions or were merely pve only pre CU with no pvp skills. They grind the village and then padawan only seeing pvp when a bh comes for them and most of those times they just run around silly until db. Consequently they hit full template without the skill to use their power. Put a skilled, pvp experienced full template in that same situation and he would have dusted Tat with this guy. You totally gave away your one primary advantage. Suprise.

He sounds like a respec or ebay jedi.
And no, not all high level jedi are like that. Last night iw as killed by 2 BH's, i was stuck in a valley and couldnt move fast enough to get to either of them with snare and kd hehe.So i tried to get to my bike and i was knocked down again and didnt get back up.
I didnt cry and i didnt whine. Even one of the BH's offered to rez me. We chatted and i said they were honorable and they did a great job. The one BH i talked to said the same. And found out later the weapons the one BH used was made by my WS alt. So what if i died, i found out my weapons arent worthless and can put out some hurt
And just to think i made a 1158 max dam advanced laser rifle and 1045 max dam mark 2 carbine last night. I fear those BH's with those weapons
Not all jedi are the same, not all jedi whine, some of us actually like playing with our server BH's. It gives a dose of reality every once in awhile when they come.
DONT think because you have ONE bad experience all jedi are like that. Some of are actually cool, and if your server is filled with a$$holes, come to intrepid we have a better selection of people

It' really just depends on the person. A$$hats at all levels, good sports as well.

play with fire and you get burnt, i have never whined when getting hunted because i know im gonna get hunted and i realise the consiquences, think about it you wanted to be jedi so you will play jedi like every one else, wining when u get killed by a BH suks after all its your fault in the first place you would have known that this was coming to you.

Hahah, reminds me of an incident a week or so ago. With my 2nd, alternate character (a CM/Doctor in training) I was in a group grinding on Dantooine. I was real careful since my character was only CL 40 something. A couple of us lower level characters were in the group, but the CL80s protected us and carried the load. We later added a CL80 Jedi to the group.
Anyways, there was one lair where the Pickets were incapping us lower CL characters frequently. The Jedi had the audacity to tell us that "Dantooine isn't the place for low CLs."
Okay, buddy, whatever.
Later on, at the next Bol lair, a Wookie with an Assault Bowcaster arrives at about 60-70m away from our grinding group. The guy just sat there, watching us for a minute or two, not saying anything. I figured the guy was a BH, and probably had a mission for our joker.
Our Jedi noticed him, and asked on groupchat, "Hey, that guy's a bounty hunter. I think he's looking for me. What do I do now?"
/LookInHorror
It got even better. The Jedi tries to bribe the Wookie to not attack him. Before he could post the amount of credits he would pay for the BH to not attack him, the Wookie shot him. When the Wookie BH made his move, his 2nd attack was a KD.
The Jedi didn't even know how to get up from a KD
He just lay there, getting blasted for a good long while. The inevitable happens, and the Wookie closes in for the DB.
I sent a /tell and congradulated the Bounty Hunter on his successful, though easy mark. We also both agreed on one, single term: E-Bay.
Well, the guy had it coming to him, anyways...
