Thread: Probe droid question
I just trained Invest. 3 last night, and got the Find and Track feature added to my probe droids. My question is:
WHAT THE HELLIS IT SUPPOSED TO DO?
I've seen a few posts today that say "Train invest. 3, you get the Track feature". I have had a 96% fail rate on "tracking". All it seems to do is take 30sec. longer to lose track of the target than the find command. I have had 1 seeker actually track, and that was for two updates. All other attempts have failed. My Arakyd has NEVER tracked. What is going on?
Ew, font got all horked on that post.
I got 3 updates from the one seeker that worked. All others fail after one update. If I were losing seekers, I'd be really pissed.
If your arakyd probe droid appears in a tree, is there anything you can do besides delete the mission and start another? When it happenedto me it kept telling me I couldn't see the object, so finally I just aborted. I was just curious if there was another solution, thanks for the help! ![]()

Move away and call another droid.

I tried to, but it told me something along the lines of "you are already tracking" and wouldn't let me call another.

Odd - I've never had an issue - Then again, when I say move away, I mean go to the opposite side of the Starport ![]()
Actually the droid will self-destruct in like 5 mins (guessing on time here...could be less but doubtful it is longer than this) and you will be able to call another on the same mission. Thats from my experience on droids that pick the wrong spot to land.
