I don't care about power. I PvP as a BH just to have fun, and I am not the winningest-PvPer out there.
Might be more interesting in pursuing some long grind toward an Alpha Class in SWG if it weren't just for Jedi.
Jedi = boring, in my book.
I'm not some Qui-gon-loving Jedi fanboy. I'm a Boba Fett-loving Bounty Hunter fanboy.
And Antarian Rangers are cool, too.
I lOVED the mandalorians and star wars bounty hunter the game was awesome. but at the same time i unlocked jedi on my 5th profession so i rolled with it

And I honestly don't believe the introduction of ANOTHER alpha class would save this game or even help it. Look how badly they bungled it up the first time around.
It's a great idea...there should be there for all the profs...like a super gunslinger (Mrifles, MPistols to unlock...longer range, better guns etc...) And make most of it quest based. Grinding is lame. Especially when it's for an Alpha class...
There could be special abilities that no other group would have, unique heals etc...as I think the CM/Doc thing is really old just to be able to hang in PvP...
The weapons (from quests) could be non-craftable and non-trade/sellable...basically an auto biolink type of thing.
This would extend the life of this game and give vets a lot more fun...and make it so we could be effective PvP'ers without having to go Jedi/TKM/Swords/Doc or whatever...as a ranged weapon lover, I get really discouraged when it always devolves into a melee brawl...
