It would be great as long as paralyze does not break on damage. If oyu get 30 seconds to pound on the jedi then , snare them, then paralyze them again .... you could ruin his day for sure.....

Also regarding the original poster ... I think xxx4 combat medic would be a waste since your debuffs won't stick as much. Also the greatest benefit of paralyze is so you can apply the debuffs that are in CM xx4x. Right now the only thing CM xxx4 will give you is breathing space for when the Jedi gets too close, and a snare that you could get in Rifle xx4x.
If you really want to get 2 lines in CM, I recommend CM 4400 and some +25 Medical Warfare threads. With the +25 Med Warfare SEAs you can toss the poison and fire DoTs like a Master CM.
I think if you want CM debuffs then you have to have them all (i.e., CM xx44) plus +25 Bio Suppression tapes.
