Thread: Nice way to take advantage of being offered rides during a fight with a mark

The other day i was fighting a mark and of course his buddies began offering me rides so i left them in the center of my screen all piled up kinda fighting around the offer box so i failed on a last ditch and i got incapped so my mark is walking over to DB me so what do i do? i accept the ride and im warped 20m over to his buddy's vehicle got up healed dismounted and started whaling on my mark again like nothing had happened.. i pulled it again on someone who was just constantly knocking me down so i warped out of range of his saber hit him with a few shots and swung the fight back over into my favour. Anyone have any other ways of putting the ride offers to good use?

haha Sounds like an interesting way of using a Jedi sploit against them.

lol nah most of my marks lately havent been ebayers and they actually have put up decent fights without saying pwnt leet or anything like that lol

A better one is to have a friend copy the vehicle theyre using and offer ride to the Jedi so he can 'escape' and ride around slowly whilst your BH friend casually pops round after round into the Jedi.
You'd be amazed how often this works.

lol wow cant believe that actually works you'd think they'd hit dismount once they realized whats goin on or at the very least be keeping themselves healed but meh

I don't think they can heal whilst in vehicles. And even if they do dismount, they've still upset their timers and will have to dump whatever macros theyre using as well as having lost 1 or 2 seconds to the ride.

have the guy drive them over water and u can root them in there

heres another story of accepting a ride, the buddy was driving away from the battle zone i accepted warped to his vehicle dismounted pulled out my rifle then totally let loose on my mark from 60m he was totally going nuts when i went for the deathblow.. not in a OMG U RESPEC NOOB kinda way but in a damn how did you pull that on me that was just wrong kinda way lol
