Hi,

Just wondered if anyone has noticed how to pick a Boss Mark mission of the terminals with a better chance of succeeding.

I need these marks as they seem to drop better loot (dont they?)

btw do CA and AA's drop off any mark?

I wish i have noticed one. The only enjoyment i've had doing these missions are the though elite marks. Now they take them away....Typical isn't it?

As a MBH, and pulling the missions that are 31k, I always pull at least an Elite since publish 22. I get the occasional Boss, but I always get at least an Elite.

I am doing the 31k missions and seem to be getting the 16k HAM people, raely getti g a boss at 32k

I am CL80 MBH,MPistols and MMarksman!

I ALWAYS get the gold chevron CL82 or 81 guy! always at 36k ham as well!

I dont get it... howcome I always get the bad guys?

I'm MBH/MRifles/2000CM (have to finish CM some day) and I've only pulled 3 30k+ guys in about 50 missions. I've faught a couple gold chevron 17 and 18k ham guys though.

For the most part they're the 17k-20k white chevron guys and I always pull missiong for 31200 or higher.

How are you getting the 36kHAM ones always??

Are you looting lots of AA and CA's then?

I am MBH and MR and always taking 31k+ missions and getting the 16-20k HAM ones, and very raley dropping any CA's or AA's for me

I used to get alot of marks with gold chevron CL 82. But lately, I haven't gota signle one

As an MBH, I no longer see regular marks, they're all elites or bosses.

I've killed them with up to 35k HAM.

They don't seem to drop SEAs at a much higher rate than the 17k HAM guys.

For the most part the difference is most 30k+ HAM guys drop 2-3 items most 17k HAM guys drop 1-2 items but this is not always true. I killed one with 31k and got one jar of bugs.

On the other hand it seems like the higher the HAM the higher the SEA will go.

A friend of mine faught a 37k HAM mark and picked a +17 Rifle Speed SEA off of it. I've never seen/heard of any of the lower marks drop anything over a +14.

I noticed a pattern, I was doing about 20 npc missions a day, and roughly averaging 1 Boss mark a day, But for some reason I had dreamed up I had more chance of getting a boss mark if i did the ones with non "bounty hunter guild" as the creator of the mission, so im talking to this guy and he says dam my last four marks have been elite and i was like wth.....

turns out he was picking the mission with "bounty hunters guild" as the creator with the highest bounty, so I switch to these missions and guess what , I average 4 elites in 10 bountys

I think it's all pretty much random.

I've had as many as 3 bosses in a row and as few as 1 in 30.

I only take missions worth 31.2k or higher (highest I've seen is about 31.34k) and I don't notice an increased rate in Boss NPCs. I do get Elites 100% of the time but I think that's because of MBH.

That's to bad though, I got most of my SEAs off of 7k health marks.

i always went for marks above 31200k and was having a complete drought on good loot drops even with the 36k+ ham bosses.

i got a bit suspicious so i pulled a couple of missions in the 28000k range (CL73-75)and my first 2 dropped multiple good loots - CAs AAs and good weapon components.

probably me being superstitious but now i pull lower end missions because, they seem to drop better loot, spawn closer to staports/shuttleports, they're quicker to kill &less buggy.

i also go for ones with silly crimes like "death stick smuggler", like i said probably just me being overly superstitious
