do these work or not? im not sure as ive heard both ways
also, if they do, why dont all 3/x/x/x BHs just do those missions do grind? it would make it SOOO fast! thats like 6 missions or whatever for stalker lable....

There are no NPC Jedi missions. The missions with NPC names are blank missions with no target stealing the name from a regular bounty mission.

I'm new to BH and was wondering if there was a way to complete NPC Jedi missions.

Its gonna be fixed soon. Not the next patch,but the one after that. I hope the live up to their word. So before 2 months

As far as I know there hasn't been any info from the devs suggesting we'll get NPC jedi missions. For all we know those NPC missions can be some buggy side effect of the non working PC jedi missions.

do they exist? how do i know the difference?
Reason im asking is I need cash.. and I have a connection problem that I disco every 15min or so (usually when im about to kill a jedi) and die non stop..

I graciously petition the community of developers to create NPC Jedi missions. I know that NPC Jedi are out there. Can we just make them marks instead of the same old. Give us various ways to earn our cash like level 82 or level 85s! We can take our mates with us to help kill the scum.
Restricting the Jedi Hunting BH joy to PvP is restricting some fun for many of us who would like to enjoy the Jedi killing of the GCW without the need to kill our fellow players.

why not have npc jedi bountie missions would be a challenge and would drop better loot

Ehum NPC type has nothing to do with loot unless the devs make that NPC have better loot... and if you don't like NPC missions why not hunt player jedi, they are a good challenge. (and I heard they drop their lightsabers as loot if you are really really lucky)
