Wanted to know how you do this? im at a base now and i dont see nothing to slice >.<

Type "/tar uplink" and you should have the uplink terminal targeted - thats the thing you need to jam. You need BH 2xxx to slice I believe.

Is this diff fraction bases? so u need to be on SF to beable to enter the base? I went inside 1 about 7 imps attacked me by the time i killed 5 another 4 sppeared...... >.<

Uhm - if you do it for grinding BH, dont use S.F. bases or PvE Detach HQs for it - look for PvE Forward Outposts with NPCs around lvl 20. The NPC guards will respawn after some time.
The uplink terminal can be in a random location in the base.

PvE Forward Outposts? Are these just Random spawns? Ive never saw them before heh

PvE Forward Outposts is the smallest base that can be placed by players. They can have two turrets and spawn NPC defenders around level 20 to 30. If you find one and it has turrets on it, just look for another one.

Does faction matter at all or can an imp slice terms at an imp outpost? just askin because ik grinding inv 4 and ive seen many forward outposts and didnt know i had a chance at some exp lol.

Uhm - jamming the uplink term is the first step in destroying a base. You cannot do that with bases of your own faction obviously...

No way - lvl 30 and below, you dont need to fight the respawns, just get outta dodge. Or did they increase the level of defenders recently?

ive been slicing em with my guildie in the morning usually...past month or so they were 50-68ish elite mobs :/

Every PvE FO I have been to in quite some time have been CL 65 elite. They stopped spawning the CL 35 a long time ago.

Just do what I did, go buy 5 small forward bases of opposite faction.
