How is it that the Devs can nerf Carbineer (again), and not fix stacked defenses?

Its over for Carbineers. Everyone is dropping it now, including myself. There is just nothing you can do, over-cost HAM values, one working Special (Crippleshot).. Its not even funny anymore.

I'd still keep it if you're strategy is to land a knockdown - ChargeShot1 still has a better percentage chance than Fire Knockdown.
