I'm seeing the bug where you fail and get an increase or succeed and get a decrease in stats. It is rare, I've maybe seen it5 times since I've started in with the new system yesterday.

Ya, that has been a problem in experimentation for crafters. Have yet to hear a comment from the devs about it.
