I also tried sampling them, about 5 times as well, but narrowly escaped my demise. I failed every single time, which leads me to believe that we cannot sample them.

I'm 75% sure these have been increased to lvl 80, which would put them outside of our lvl 75 cap. In the same vein, though, I belive that Mutant Rancors are now CL 75, so are now the "kinf of the hill" if you want Rancor DNA.

Yea sticking needles in mutant rancor butts has become my new full time job. At this point im ready to pay a fellow BE for Mutant DNA just cause it takes soo long. Quick note to some of you, Malkoc plainswalkers have some really extreme HAM but after ALOT of deaths i have determined them to be unsampleable as well. Anybody know the new frenzied Grual and Ancient Gruals level? need more variety of level 70-75 dna targets, some non-aggros would be REALLY nice.

I also tried about 20 times to sample ancient rancor lvl 98 and enraged lvl 80 all to no avail....tried about 20 times each one....did get some off of bull lvl 65...

lvl 75 is the cap on our sampling? Had not read that but, not read all the threads

LOL Also tried the lvl 153 kimo, after 5 times of me putting my thumb up his bum, he got pissed and killed me.

With 5 VHQ samples of Ancient Graul I produced a lvl 47 clone, which imlies that it's either still 45 and I got a lvl jump from experiments/DNA quality, or possibly increased to 47.

I have in my posession 2 VHQ Frenzied Graul samples and 1 HQ. I'm going to be activly working at more as soon as I get home and can log in to see what 5xVHQ DNA from a FG gives me in terms of CL, but I belive the Ch's from TC mentioned that they were in the CL 55-57 range.

We were reduced to sampling for <= CL 75 some time ago, much to the dismay of "refinement specialists" that sampled clone Kimos for uber DNA

So.. If you're a master scout, which it sounds like you might be, don't waste your time trying for anything over lvl 75

FG's are lvl 57, i have one in my datapad, but I wasnt sure what lvl the enraged rancors were. Thanks for the replies

Enraged Bull Rancor is 80
Enraged Rancor is (unknown) <---used to be 75
Mutant Rancor is 75
Ancient Graul is 50

On Talthazar's site, enraged bull rancors are listed as 89. I don't know why there is a discrepency.
