Rancor's cannot be level 10 - if you want a list of the critters that can check the stickied faq at the top of the page

I've seen some lvl 1 rancors out there thatz still deeded. Not sure whether you would still be able to call it from its deeded form tho.

Yes there are some pre-nerf lvl 1 rancors running around (last auctionI saw went for quite a bit)but Rancors can not be made now at CL 10 or below.

rancor cannot be created at lvl10. With the BE revamp many creatures now have minimum levels, even a wollymander cannot go below level 10.

You may get lucky and find a pre-revamp one still deeded that is below level 10 but you will pay premium for it.

To my knowledge, even BE-Rancor can't go below level 10 (Unless it's a pre-nerf, still deeded BE Rancor).

However, since you asked for a level 10 or under Rancor, I'm assuming you're a non-CH. As Rancor are aggressive creatures, I'm fairly certain you wouldn't be able to use it.

I am on Gorath and have a level 1 Rancor for $250k BE I have Tamed is full grown, does mid 600's in dmg 12k HAM.

He how ever is a prepach BE creation that was tamed post patch, now the minimum is a 35-40 I have 3 40's ($50k each)that I have made, I also have three natural Babies ($45k each) that I will be selling this weekend send in game e-mail if interested. I do not have a vendor, becasue I removed it once I discovered it was an exploit, but I have many creatures in my house that are for sale, you are welcome to glance at there are over 50 send in game e-mail for waypoint. There are another 30-40 in my storage building next door both are labeled, it is about 700M from bestine star port if you head out from the med center city enterance, it's just over the hill down in the valley. I have named the pets accordingly so that they are easy to identify as far as CL lvl, specials, DMG, HAM, ranged attack and armor so you don't have to examine unless it fits your general liking and then you can examine for more detail.
example:
GWDI 34 SP KD 450 Razor Cat 10000R AR
Which means: lvl-34| Special 1-Strong Poison| Special 2-Knock Down| Min DMG-450| Type-Razor Cat|HAM-10,000(avrg.)|R-Ranged attack| AR-Armor(so far have only gotten light, may change if I am able to do better)

Even if I made it from Nuna DNA, it would still be too high, sorry... Razorcats can be CL 10 and they are a decent skin, not as scary, but it's what's inside that counts *Sniff* THE Bugged ones maybe illegal, I am only using him by himself for fear of banishment.

I think minimum CL rancor can be is 35. Even if you use all dwarf nuna DNA, it'll have crazy low ham and vulnerabilities. A fullgrown rancor made in this fashion would be taken out by a kreetle quite handily.
