Yes, it's been said 1000 times.

I am a new BE and am reading through posts, websites and such.. doing my homework. As others have indicated, and as I verified myself yesterday, I made 3 pets via multi-generation sampling that were CL 8, 10 and 10 as indicated on the deeds in my inventory.

None of these turned out to be legitimate when tamed.When I tamed the first one, it was not legitimate and I chose to modify level. It went to CL11.. I adjusted stats on the other twoand got dumpy mob pets - No resists.. 4-600 HAM, 30-80 dmg. No special attacks.

As a crafter who is intending on being able to sel Pet Deeds RELIABLY on my vendor and who DOES NOT want disgruntled Customers banging down my door, this must be addressed.

So until it is.. I shall post often and vehemenently on this topic.

I am glad to see this question get sent to the devs via our correspondant... But I will bump this post daily until they either fix it or ban me. If deleted, I will create a new one. It needs to be fixed. SOE is always monitoring Customer Satisfaction. In-game, as a merchant who sells merchandise to in-game customers, I also monitor Customer Satisfaction. And not knowing what I am placing up for sale is not acceptable. I will not have customers banging on my door complaining that the CL10 pets I place in my vendor are not legitimate.

So this is my version of an unhappy customer banging on SOE's door in as unobtrusive manner as possible until the issue is recognized and addressed.

Please refrain from bumping this post further. As we have seen in the past this sort of action is more likely to get you a forum ban than any attention from the developers.
If you're patient enough to wait till a new correspondant is chosen the issue can be raised in the correct mannor.

This post shall continue until it has been addressed and resolved.

Devero, this issue will be addressed in TH's 19 questions (presumably on Monday)
Until then can you please at least TRY to act like the 'community elder' you are supposed to be and not like a spoilt child who is going to stamp their feet until they get their own way.
We have tried to ask you politely but if you continue to bump this thread I will report it to a moderator.

As a long time BE and logtime visitor of this forum, but a relatively new poster, I would like to say this to Devero. I consider myself to be rather objective, so don't take this as an attack, but your behavior needs to be rethought. Bumping this thread will do nothing more than get you banned (apparently you don't care). Trying to be a martyr? Because the DEVS won't care about that either. Obviously this is a HUGE problem, we all know that. But NancyJ is right, the best way to handle this is wait till the new correspondent is chosen and he/she can make it known that this is our primary concern and needs to be rectified immediately. Bumping this post isuseless at best and childish at worst. Again this is nothing personal, just trying to have our forum reflect the intelligence of our lil' community of BE's here.

I do care about being banned, but even if this thread is reported to a moderator, then my target audience will have read it, correct?

NancyJ.. Please skip this thread.. ok? You are not a moderator. I am old enough to understand I am legally allowed to complain about a product I purchase. I am 46.

I do not mind if you report this thread. I hope you do not, but that is your right. I have made it clear that my intended audience are the Moderators and Developers and I have done nothing to insult anyone here and have no intentions of doing so.

In answer to your question the bug as it stands is actually quite new. It only really reared it's head when they clamped down on hugely mad pet's - so it's I'd estimate 2 months old at a max and for the first few weeks would have not been flagged as a major issue as such things take time to become apparant. So as our number one issue I'd say no more than 4-6 weeks ( remember this wasn't our question 2 weeks ago so can't have been our number 1 issue at the time ). If we had a correspondent he might have started pushing it through a week or two back but no more than that really.

Thanks. I didn't realize it was this new.

Let's see how the developers respond to the correspondant's question.

I think enough people have read this thread by now. We'll wait and see what comes back next week.
