Does anyone know how much meat is needed for the bio-engineer grind, ive heard like 200k and like 300k of flora, i have 300k of flora and like 150k of meats is that enough? and what do i make for the best xp?

Most of the information you need is in the FAQ's at the top of the page. 300K/150K should get you close to it. Quick calculation shows you need about 420K of ingredients.

I know its a little different to when I did the grind what with micronutrient suppliments being moved up the tree but it was 80k meat and 120k flora so I should think you have plenty.

Yeah, you need something like 160k flora and 80k meat. If you follow the macro crafting thingy in the FAQ.
