No. you need skill tapes to add accuracy mods.

Find a rebel to purchase the dead eye schematic, gather some aldernon (sp) flora and have a doc/chef? make the juice for you=)

impossible to make - the alderaan flora no longer fits into the slot so they are now uncraftable. i know, i've tried.
