I was wanting to get 2 Pets made. I am looking to get the absolute highest pet possible so whatever level that is lvl 69 or 67 whichever it is I am looking to get one of those and really am not to picky on what type it is. If I can choose please let me know though. Also I was wondering what max pet level is on Narglatch's and Dalyrakes?

The max level for any skin is CL 70.

To get pets made for your server please post on your trade forum and look at the FAFAQ. In it you'll find a list of BE's on the different servers you can contact in game.
