I am new to Bio Engineer and Chef so when the food asks for a Light food additive and an ingrediant to make the Light food additive isa Light Food Bio Component I wanna make one. I am a Master Bio Engineer and Master chef, but I cant make it. I am very confused, some foods want a medium or heavy food additive which both require a medium or heavy bio food component, but who makes these, Bio Engineer ? Chef ? or something else, I cant find it in any prof's craftable list
Please help me understand. I have a working crafting station so thats not the problem.

You're trying to make Synthsteak? Not that it really matters ... anyway, Light Bio Component is a single item, it's four items. You'll notice 3 items of each type for chef tissues - for Nutrient bonus, they're Micro-Nutrient Supplement (light), Broad Spectrum Nutrients (medium) and Intelligent Nano-Nutrients (heavy). The others I don't remember offhand, there's not much call for them and I don't make them unless somebody asks (but the only people asking for much have been tailors).

Look thru your schematics for something that resembles a glass coffe pot containing green stuff; they come from the Tissues branch of the BE tree. The ingredients are usually meats and organics; nutrient components also use flora. The schematics claim that OQ, PE and FL are equally weighted, but I understand that experimentation has indicated that it is really 50:30:20 for those stats. Once you make the Bio Component, add water to turn it into a Food Additive.

Master BE?
Master Chef?
and you don't know what or how to make a Light food agent?
Did you buy this account off of Ebay?

You do have a point though ... a natural part of the BE grind is making BSNs (and lots of them) in practice mode. Of course, who's to say this person didn't just grind without thinking about WHAT they were grinding?

I see what may be confusing the issue here.
BE's make tissues.
Chefs turn those tissues into additives.
Chefs use additives in food.
Now, as for the tissues chefs need from BEs. That would be:
Micronutrient Supplement (Light) - MSN
Broad Spectrum Nutrient (Medium) - BSN
Intelligent NanoNutrient (Heavy) - INN
To make better brandy, you would want the best additive you can put in, which would be Broad Spectrum Nutrients. (There aren't many cases - if any - when you would want a lower nutrient than possible)
The stats on your tissues should be somewherein the regions of:
MSN +54 to +58
BSN +84 to +88
INN +114 to +118
Hope this helps, and I don't sound condescending.

Read my additivesFAQ in the FAQ post for more information or consult the Chef forums for specific uses of additives.
