Can anybody tell me where to find these resources and what planet they are on.

No! You're just after me Lucky Charms!
Cereal is a broad category, including (I think) wheat and oats, among others. It will show up on your surveying tool
Milk is gotten from herbivores, like Pikets. You can either /maskscent and milk them, or kill them and "/harvest milk."

You can milk certain animals but you have to have mask scent on or youll scare the beast.
