Normal Stim D with post CU components 1183 power.

Standard components below:

ABEC: 65pwr

ACRDM: 65pwr

ALS: 70pwr

Enhanced/looted components bewow:

ABEC: 217pwr

ACRDM: 65pwr

ALS: 250pwr

See the differences above? We get 152 extra power from the janta blood and 180 from the Enhanced LS, this totals 332 extra power, following so far?

Standard Stim 1183 + extra power of 332 = 1515 (came out to 1514 on the actual stim.)

How you managed to screw your stuff up and get just 1499 is beyond me, but I certainly don't appreciate your attitude.

217 power janta blood is only middle/high range from some i've used in the past, i've seen and used many 250+ when I used to sell janta buffs pre CU.
