could the tools we use affect the outcome of the creatures? or the crafting stations? I see a few posts about what creature they used and some talk of randomness...could this be one of the areas thats adding the "random" affect? I assume most of us use our own crafting stations but what kind of rating does it have?

it seems to me that there should be a way to accurately predict the outcome (within a reasonable variance) as long as all of the factors that can affect the outcome can be put into some sort of working formula, the trick is trying to think about all of the possible factors and eliminating the ones that would have no impact on the end result.
