you can get them to CL 40 with Non CH stats LOL but thats about it.

Yes that a Kimo, and it'll still be CL40 with those stats.

CL 40, Does 180-204(?) damage, and has 1% to all resists for some reason.

nope, cl 40 is their minimum cap......definitely not to be weilded by nonch's
