Thread: The Old Fashioned Way: Finally Made Master :)!
Finally, I have joined the ranks of master BE
...Very exciting. And I did it the frustrating and yet fun way: through cloning and zero grinding....Stupid, perhaps, but great.
With the new system, I finished the last 4 boxes in the past week. Talk about a blast. Is this fun or what? I cannot keep up on the orders for kimos (LOL).
So...questions and comments on the new system...
- On the DNA combine, does the end-product consistently correlate with a range of CLs? For example...does an end combine of "High Quality"=CL's 45-60? I'm curious if anyone has looked at that as I'm having trouble correlating the quality with the CL based on my observations.
- I love the new skins! Would love to snakes and fliers someday, but for now...wow.
- I'm not sure what to do now with resampled DNA...From others' posts I'm thinking psych slot to lower the CL. But like everyone else, that 0 in the cleverness spot is a bit unnerving.
- Where are we on AoE? I tried using bull rancor DNA repeatedly with Plague and ended up with Intimidation...I guess I agree, plague can be intimidating, but in a literal sense, shouldn't it have been strong disease at least...something a step down if AoE isn't going to be allowed?
- 10 experimentation points per clone leaves a lot of experimenting...does the order of experimentation have any effect on outcome? I'm curious if anyone has noticed this too. I tend to go top down, putting points into resists, AR, etc., but maybe order is also important?
Anyway, I've enjoyed the contributions everyone has made with the recent patch. This is, by far, the most exciting this game has ever been for me. I couldn't be happier (or more addicted per the wife and kids LOL).
My best to all this holiday season! Now to make a Rudolph with medium armor, a ranged attack, and a cherry red nose
.
congrats on MBE!! ![]()
I'm close to MBE myself, started off grinding but Istoppedto do it the 'old fashioned' way becuae its WAY more fun and the time goes by much quicker, eventhough it can take longer.
