i picked up BE some time. First it was just a support for my CH, but now i got addicted. you guys understand me. So i also started to sell my creationes. I use the vendor of a good friend. So here comes the problem. Instead of shouting (read spamming) my Vendors WP i create some crappy creatures with my vendors WP as name and put them into the bazzar. i was thinking nobody whould buy those pets just read the name and the description, drive over to my vendor and buy the good stuff. But this weekend i made more money with this crappy pets then with the good ones. Is it bad policy to get a Advertisment pet into the bazzar or are this just some people who dont want competition?
Just wondering.
BTW: what have i to experiment to raise the damage of my pet. thx

This just goes to show how little people know about pets =)
If you want to leave pets up for advertisement, list them as auctions with starting bids of 6000 - no one will be able to bid on them, so they'll stay up for 8 days at a time.
And check the FAQ for an explanation of experimentation. Power is the stat that controls damage, so you experiment on the last line to raise your power and fierceness.

Were they all bought by the same person? I know when I've put pets on the bazaar advertising my shop, I make it an auction with a price just under 6k. That way, the pet stays on there a while doing the job of advertising and at the end, someone still gets a new friend. And I don't have to make as many.

Different persons bought the pets. first i thought they whant to have just a pet as a mount, because they were Kaadu, but also Roba and Kwi did sell. @droid i also set up some auctions, but i think i will keep up with the other pets as long as some people buy them. It is hard to make money as a BE anyway, so if i can sell my ads for 6k each it is not bad.

Try making some or all of them "cute" critters, suitable for Entertainers. Bunnies and Kitties are always popular, and don't need to have any good stats other than to be below level 10. Make it clear in the name or description that you can provide more useful pets at your shop, the bazaar ones are simply for show.

Lol I have a similar story. To get some business and advertising my budding BE business I decided to have a sale. So I made a bunch of 'sale chits'. Basicly just chance dice renamed and with info on them about how they are worth 5% off any pet or pet related good at my shop and to bring them to me for either 5% off or a 5% refund if I'm not on. I put them on the bazaar for 20 credits (the price to place. so not making any cash) and thought for sure they'd sell quick
Well the next day I log on and check my holo-mail (don't you love checking your holo-mail when you log in when you own a business? hehe) and none had sold yet. I was patient so figured I'd just wait and see. During that play session one sells. I figure since I"m online I'd send a tell to the buyer and let them know I am if they want to come to my shop right then. Here is the conversation:
"Heya, you just bought a Sale Chit thats good for 5% off any pet related item at my shop, Xaielao's Animal Sanctuary. I'm here now if you'd like to come in and look around."
"Oh.. hey. Thats cool, but I'm not really interested."
"Ok well perhaps when you have more time? (Thinking he just didn't have time)"
"Nah."
"Um.. but why did you buy the Sale Chit then??"
"Oh I just wanted a chance cube."
/DOH!
