...use my other three 30k crates (the joy of having 4 accounts ^^) on to get some nice tailor tissues?
I already got some nifty eggs ---> (chimaera) Adoas DR: 505 FL: 494 PE: 971 OQ: 989
But I'm kindof pondering on the rest, any ideas?

Fish tends to be a popular choice. Get some decent stuff and combine it with some nice dant fiber and you got yourself some nice pet stims.

Actually, I'm looking specifically for tailor tissue stuff (as I'm planning to pick it up 'cause it seems fun ), only I'm not too sure what goes into them (other than eggs 
) and what stats are good, so I'm asking for advice.

Eggs are by far the most troublesome, collect the rest yourself or pay for it.

Getting the 30k of egg is huge. Makes 80 full crates of Enhanced Myoflex. Another good use would be to get some really good milk for Active Tranquilizors, but they really aren't in too much demand. You could think about picking up the best bone and hide you can find to make some really great Tensile Resistances. You might actually be able to get +5 melee defense if you find the best ever hide/bone with OQ's in the 990's. Definately worth a try. And always remember.. You can't go wrong with some great meat. Meat is used in everything so you can never have too much.

could get some domesticated meat and make some uber calorie reducing additives

I have hide and bone with OQ998 and still have not been able to break the +4 mark on Tensile Resist. I try with every new better spawn of meat.
30k of resources. Hmmmmm... maybe like Psi said, just get some really really good meat. Maybe something that has 950+ in OQ,PE, and FL. You could use it to improve any tailor tissue.
