Ok so it was actually yesterday but the forums were down. Just had to share my great day.

First i got a pet order clarified and now konw what i need to do!

Started off on Dantooine...

2 Voritor Dasher Samples
1 Grassland Voritor Tracker sample

not bad...on to endor to look for insane mantigrue berserkers

Picked up a mantigrue screecher lair hoping for a boss spawn

got 2 mantigrue screecher samples (and alot of wounds)

Decided to just drive around on endor and hope to see merek harvestors, some arachne and the like.

3 arachne drone samples
not bad...

started circling the outpost. did that for about 20-30min in which time i picked up...

1 Delerious Merek Avenger
3 Merek harvestors
4 Toxic Merek battlelords
9 Merek Cavern Creepers
2 Bark mite burrower queen

Pretty good on it's own. i kept circling

Then i found the jackpot

Bark Mite burrower Queen lair...
got another 5 samples before the lair was gone.


so in total i managed 7 BMBQ samples, when i would have counted myself lucky to get maybe 1 or 2.


I think it only could have been better if a mutant rancor lair had spawned and they had all let me sample them to death w/o aggroing, but i'm not complaining

anyone have a better day than me? =D

those BMBQ are getting saved for a special occasion when i craft them together w/ a bunch of MR dna (which i have yet to get) for a level 70 pet w/ a certain combination of specials.

and to boot i ventured to dath last night and obtained another 6 MR samples.

of course my guild started acting strange towards me when i started yelling in excitement when i got 3 or 4 or 5....

wow i'm jealous...

To be fair i wasn't able to be there for the full buff session, and i did get killed after awhile.
Another thing that hampered my ability to sample was driving around for 1/2hr + trying to even find a mutant rancor, and then i probably was only there for an hour or so. I'm still impressed you're able to sample that many in a buff session.

I also have yet to try Jawa beer; i'm getting some made at the moment and it should be done by the end of the week.


DID YOU MAKE A PACT WITH THE RANCOR??????

If you figure it out, the rest of us are dying to know.

For mutant rancors, at present, I'm averaging 1-3 buff sessions per DNA sample. I die more often than I get a sample.

OMG! I realy don't mean to brag or anything, but I've yet to go sample MR's with buff or armor. I have tkm, and I lose agro from them long before they can kill me. My average MR sample trip yields 5-15 samples depending on how long I want to be at it. If you were on my server I'd offer to go get them for you just so you wouldn't have to spend all that money/time buffing.
