I've recently gotten an order, my first since hitting master. It's not an easy one either. Anyway, this is the order:
CL23 tripplet Shear Mites
8k/5k/xk HAM
All resists but 1 (besides saber of course)
300+ Dmg
Light Armor
Strong Poison
Strong Disease
Now, I've spent a few days on this. I can get pretty close to the above request but I cant get the light armor in without raising the health to 10k+. I can get close using Arackne and blood mite DNA. I cant hit 300dmg with that it seams but I can get strong poison, HAM like that, similar CL and almost all resists. But I just cant figure out how to get armor in without significantly raising the health and finding mobs with strong disease that dont totally throw the balance of the rest of the stats off is hard as well.
Anyway, after a few days of getting close but not close enough, I figured I'd post on here. Thanks for any help, my fellow BE's.

Merek Deaths head has light armour, strong poison/disease and virtually no vulns. use that in ur final 2 slots.

CL 23 with light armour and no vulnerabilities? I don't think so...

Ah, yes that would work. Any idea for the first 3 slots? I was thinking Gurk Gatherers. They have full resists and are around that CL.
Now to find some Merek Death Heads.. ugh

If you want strong poison & disease and use MDH to get it then you'll probably have to use 2 generations. The power on MDH is almost as high as that of a Mutant Rancor and it's unlikely you'll be able to keep the pet to 23 with it having light armor AND MDH in the agression slot.
In the second generation, Mantigrue Reaper (nice resists but barely 500 fortitude) and some of the Rancor breeds are viable options. Maybe the following to eventhings out: Bull Rancor | Mant Reap | 1st gen | 1st gen | 1st gen. Depends on what you use in 1st gen but you have a good shot at getting armor and the Mant Reaper resists make up for the ones the Rancor is weak on. Just make sure your 1st gen has the specials you want.

true but no harm in trying. who would have thought CL15 with light armour? not me. so let's try it and see what happens. odder things have happened.

How are you guys getting light armor on pets without boosting health through the roof?

The health does go up when you experiment on physique to bring the fortitude up and vice versa. They're linked.

Yep, but someone mentioned above that they (or someone) got a CL15 pet with light armor. I cant seem to get a pet under CL35ish with that.. granted thats with all resists and strong poison/disease and a ranged attack.

This was one which Zad created, andmay haveused up more samples of Merek Harv in multi generations thanmany BEshave ever taken.

Armor at level 17 is doable with 4. Maybe two depending on the 1st gen DNA.

You might could try noxius kamaruth plus merek deaths head. I would be very suprised if you can get light armor and resists to all damage types except one and still have it be level 23. But if you try, you might findyou get the biggest discount from a vunerability to energy.

This is one of those things that I wouldn't be surprised if it can't be done. I mean specifying the HAM *and* the damage *and* the resists *and* armor *and* CL, if it happened to all work out it would be a small miracle. The only wiggle room you have at all is to try to get the "to-hit" value down to the absolute minimum value, and to try to get all the resists down to their minimum values too (i.e. "1"), but even after doing all that, there is no guarantee that it will just magically be at the CL that you want. Again, if it were me, I'd tell the customer that he has to be flexible on something, either CL, armor, resists, or damage, the only time you can "have it all" is in the upper CL's.
The last time I did a "no vulnerabilities" pet was for a customer who wanted it at CL 35, and it had very similar stats to the one in your requirement as I recall. 300+ damage, 9k-10k ish health and so forth. The customer absolutely hated it btw, and gave me a bunch of grief about how it's HAM, damage, and kinetic resists were all lower than pets of similar CL that had lots of vulnerabilities (... well duh!). That guy is now a prominent resident of my ignore list, lol.
