There's been a lot of questions about this, so I thought I'd post something definitive. Once you claim your veteran reward for 30k of a resource, a little "deed" is put into your inventory. You can right-click on the deed and select "use". A dialog box pops up with the options: "organic, inorganic, energy". From this top level of the resource tree, you can navigate to the items that you want.

Finer points:

1. Any resource that has appeared on your particularserver is available to select. It does not have to be a currently spawning resource.

2. You do not need to know the name of the resource you want, although it is a bit tedious, you can cycle through all the resources and the tool will show you their values.

3. To find eggs: organic -> creature resources -> creature food -> meat -> egg

4. To find fish: organic -> creature resources -> creature food -> meat -> seafood -> fish

5. To find mollusk: organic -> creature resources -> creature food -> meat -> seafood -> mollusk

6. To find milk: organic -> creature resources -> creature food -> milk

To find the best resource possible, goto http://www.swgcraft.com/newfindresource.phpand fill out the fields you want. For instance, you could set theClass to 'Fish', server to 'Farstar', all planets, search by 'minimum values' and then specify 900 OQ 900PE and voila! I find out that I want to get 30k of "Euceda" fish meat. Mmmm, yummy pet stims.

Hehe ... the Euceda was a VERY recent spawn on Farstar

... it shifted 3 days ago .... so far i only had 550 ..... now i can add 30.000 to that

If your on Chilastra, check for Nabooian Eggs (agathar or something similar). It is pretty damn uber, all 900's.. Best stuff that i could find to ever spawn on Chilastra egg-wise...got myself 30k of it.
