I was wondering if we could sort of get a general idea about how big pets get for each level. Without anyway to measure we will have to go by anedotal accounts however.
Here are mine:
level 12 fully grown bantha - if my character is about 5' in the game .... then my banth is about 4.5 feet tall.
um ... that's all ... my level 10 bantha won't grow again until I get CH again .... how about yours????

I think it depends upon the skin. A natural creature (maybe not always the one we expect) sets the CL at which it will be scaled to 1.0 in size.
So a kimogila will always be small as its base creature is CL 80, while a razor cat may get huge because its base creature is CL 20. (Numbers are rough guesses since I'm just giving an example.)

Kimogilla are quite large, about the size of a Krayt. Razercat, like Narglatch and Gereck, grow to about the size of a horse in RL. The only creatures I assume cannot get much bigger are those simmiler to the Torton.

Sorry I should have said ... specific skins for specific level. I do know the theoretical size vs. skin and have in fact made a tool for myself to predict the scaling amount but it doens't ALWAYS work. I made a level 69 choku which tamed to be about the size of a old-size grown razor cat when he was a baby - and I don't know how big HE is supposed to get! The max level of wild chokus is in the high 60's so I was expecting a much smaller puppy you see.

I made a biggish choku (CL66 or so?) and ditched it on some Tempest mCH to make room. it wasn't nearly as big as the razor cats of the same CL range, but... I was happy to be rid of it.
I spend most of my time BEHIND my pets... and the choku seems to be a little more... er... anatomically correct than most critters. of course, that assumes that all chokus are male.
I suppose the PROPER explanation is that choku's are semi-avian, and anyone who remembers their phylogenic pelvic evolution from late dinosaur morphologues to current avian types might see the hindquarters (and undercarriage) of chokus as sensible, considering.
I was happy to be rid of it. large choku = face full of junk.
