I agree completely on the chef tissues (MNS/BSN/INN)
I haven't been at the tailor tissues long enough to say for sure, but I have had sales on almost all of them (except enhanced myoflex for fairly obvious reasons).

There's also a bit of demand for the "Multisaccharide Tetramate" chef tissue. This increases the duration stats of a food, and is a key component for "instant burstrun" Parwan Nutricake. I know the milk requirement is a pain, but the stats don't need to be ultra-high to be useful, low-to-mid 40s is sufficient.

If you can get the milk to make Multisacc tet(MST)...then really you can use recycled milk in it, so long as the seeds are good.
As for which Chef tissues are used the most...that would be MSN/INN/BSN/MST.
Tailor tissuesa re a bit of an unknown as they have only recently been fixed, and even then, some are still broken. Pre Breakage Tensile Resist and Fear Release were the most popular for me. (I used res deeds on the eggs for convenience)
