How do i netameCH pet that i just created. I maded a Level 28 Gurrcat, but i dont know if i can tame him. Do i need a CH to tame be someone can use him?

Anything over CL 10 can only be trained and used by a creature handler.
So you have a choice in regard to the Gurrcat:
1.) Sell him to a CH
2.) Keep him and train in CH
(I chose option 2 
)
