Those are clothes made from tissues we used to be able to make. The only working tissue at the time really. Only thing is, they were rightly deemed uber and the tissues removed from the game. Any clothing that had those tissues in them still list the bonus, but don't actually grant it.

Looking for answers here, while wondering around i shop i found some Active Biosensors on display... curious i looked at the stats, it had;
+11 Medical Use
+11 Injury treatment
+11 Wound treatment
?!! medical use bonus?!
Is this some uber cloth, or some really old beta relic or something? How was this created?
Anyone?

I find it funny that the stuff that used to work and make things better were taken out 
....its actually kind of depressing but its easy to laugh at if you know what i mean....
