What is the highest CL pet BEs can make?

I have heard of a level 86 But did not see a SS so I do not know if it is true or not, but getting over level 70 happens often.

Basically, anything over CL 75 is furniture. At least CL 70-75 pets can be resampled.

87 is a lot but there is no one that can use or are there some enhanced clothes that can push up the max level you can handle. As far as I understand 70 is the max to be called.

There is nothing that can up the max level you can control the BE clothes are +taming, meaning you can tame higher than you should normally but you still cannot tame or call anything above 70
