Thread: Vitality pack no longer in game?...

A friend of mine tried to use a vitality pack on her pet and got the message that "this item is no longer in game, please destroy it."
Have vitality packs been taken away? Or was there something wrong with that particular one... and what could the problem have been?

I believe it is a char bug.. I had a customer say this happened.. however both my bf and i were able to use the packs with no problem.. All of the packs in question (in my case) were from the same factory run.. You friend needs to report it to CSR and hope they fix it for them..
Sometimes this bug apparently shows up for some but not for everyone

thanks for the info... the CSR ticket response to her was just to do as the message said and delete the item because it wasn't in the game anymore. Funny and sad at the same time.
