i want to know is it possible to make skill tapes to add to ch level use? if so i want to buy some. private message me if you are on eclipse and can make some.

Firstly BE do not make skill tapes. We make tissues that are sewn into cloth to make clothes.
Secondly nothing can raise the level of creature you can control. There are + taming bonuses which (I believe) allow you to tame a creature higher than your skill but it cannot raise the CL of the pets you can call
