I cannot get the link to the FAQ to come up to save my life, either of them. I can go to page 2 and on but page one is inaccessible to me. Any suggestions?

No, no, I cant even get page 1 of the FAQs to load. Theres no scrolling down lol. Can anyone post a link to the page for me?

Im willing to try anything at this point :-(

Dang ... I click on that "clicky" and all I get is a black screen. The bar on the bottom of the screen says "done". bah!

The clicky is right, I checked it...

I dont see why you can load the rest of the threads, but not the FAQs

Yup I recently switched from IE to Firefox...and its pretty good
