Right now I'm master carbineer/packmaster/mbe. I really wanna go merchant/ranger/mbe as my dream is to have a petshop. My biggest concern is that I would have to buy huge amounts of meats, hides and bones so I won't be able to produce as much tissues as before 
. But now for the fun part : D . . I'll be able to make lots and lots of uber pets. The question is, do you merchant bio engineers make much money, in other words, is there a bio pet market. And in that case, how much? ..
PS, not making our dna stack does not ease the database load, we just get a vendor and stuff our dna there

My wife has a bioshop too but she specialized more in tissues and clothes (she's a tailor too) because pets don't really sell on Infinity. Where the hell are all the creaturehandlers on Infinity by the way????

Pets sell reasonably well on Chilastra, at least off of my vendor. You'll never make a fortune at it though - the real money is in the tissues and nutrients, which is in some ways easier if you have a steady source of meat/hide/bone. I basically sell tissues to finance my cloning habit.

I'd really like to see how the merchant/ranger/mbe pans out. How the heck do you have enough skill points? I barely have enough for fencer/be/novice merchant!

Don't wanna make that mistake to pick up merchant if pets doesn't sell. I'd have to abandon my uber leet haxxor hunting skills .. Where Are you creature handlers?

The pet market on Chilastra, at least, is small - fewer CH's and pets never wear out! Like most BE's I make pets for fun and made my money from tissues/nutrients.
Basically don't expect to get richjust from selling pets - I make far more from selling resources (which anyone can do) than from pet sales

I'd have to differ with you on that. I'm making millions on pets and stims on Sunrunner. The tissues and nutrients I make for free only for my guildies and friends. For outsiders, I'll make them a schematic if they give me the ingredients. (for free, gasp)

How do you make millions on pets? Any tips? I made a real uber pet once and I found a guy who really liked it. I said "100k" and he said: "how much meat did you use to make that? 200?, Well then you should sell it for about 5k".

I just wanted to share with you howI made the big bucks. Of courseI sarted out with doing missions for the credits. As for any profession you have to have a good stack of cash to get started. I make most of my cash on the pet stims that most CH needs. The best ones to make are the B's cause they are simple resources. To get the resources i pay attention to swgcraft.com for the best and then go hunting and i gain credits as i harvest the meat. I then find master doc to make the liquid suspension, bio effect controller and chemical release.

As for the makihg of the pets, well thats a second money maker it's not easy to make the special orders i tell you, not atleast for me. Anyway, always sell your practice ones sell them for cheap they might sell and it's better than nothing. Well thats about it, i hope that helps you out some and others who needed it.
