When are we going to get the ability to see the creature level and final HAM when we are crafting pets. Even if its a secondary buttonyouclickto mimic placing the DNA template into a creature skin and spitting out the results. Im sorry I don't enjoy the "mystery" of not knowing what the pet will turn out like. If a customer wants a level 35 I would like to see when that is and know I can or can't push my experminentation any further. Its not a lack of enjoyment of the crafting its more a lack of time and wanting to meet creature requests in a timely fashion.I find it frustrating and a waste time cause the best I can do is guesstimate what Im going to get.
Thanks

Figured I'd take this outside the 19 questions.
Thank you for the explanation however 2 items come to mind.
1) I'm not calling any a liar but if experimentation is all client side why is it that experimentation results take longer to appear when I have higher Internet latency? This is a fact. I go out of town frequently and depending on the quality of Internet connection I have experminetation results ressponse timesrange from almost instant to 5-6secondsor more. No response required just a rhetorical question.
2) Although I understand the devs explanation is still boggles my mind. Click button, button sends current data to server, server sends back results. This is obviously on over simplification however in my opinion this is the issue that frustrates me the most with BE. If they can't give it to us in-game how about a technical explanation as to how CL and HAM are calculated so we can create something offline, just like the fine DNA laboratory on www.swgcreatures.com
My 2 cents are that there is some sort of randomization that takes place on the server were even withidentical DNA templates you would still get different HAM, thats why they can't do this and that's why they can't tell us how HAM is calculated. This is obviously just my opinion, not fact.
Whew! I feel better. ![]()
Thanks, Scotar

I've never once had a prolonged hang between say hitting the "experiment" button and getting the result. It's pretty obvious to me that there is not a lot of server/client communication going on there.
