eh not bad? but at that CL you'll want AR1for sure and a kinetic resist over 45% i'd imagine. Also, remember kimos have a minimum CL of 40, so your kimo is probably pretty underpowered for a CL40 BE creature

The thing about Kimos is that people only use em to go: "oh look there's a Kimo!!!", or to annoy people in public places and such. If I make kimos anymore it's out of gubber dna or whatever. I worked my behind off making some CL 70 kimos early on, only to find that the people I sold em to never use em because they are so impractical in battle. They are mainly just to gawk at their size. Some people ask: "why not, they are paying you?" well, my reply is "cool, then someone else will be happy to take the job then".
Oh yea, the rating thing, hmm, well, hmm, most people want high kinetic (50% +), most people want light armor when the CL is over 20, and most people don't want ranged attacks on their pets (well, if my "VK" experiments go well that may change, hehe). You pet though has good HAM and very impressive dps for the CL. Oh, and the intimidation special is very desirable, but the knockdown is not (cause it's broke).

Instead of Rhoa Kwi DNA, you might consider trying Rhoa Kwi Guardian or Pack Leader DNA.
The guardian has some nice resists and dizzy/crippling strike. The pack leader has lower resists, but does have armor which will mix well with the SMC rancors. They are also dizzy/crippling strike which makes for great anti-NPC pets.
Another alternative is using regular rancor DNA for aggression to get stun/intimidate. I found out yesterday that their damage reduction is additive. Intim is 50%, Stun is 20% and combined they reduce damage 70%. That is almost medium armor before armor or resists are counted!

yep .. i noticed it was culmalitve as i ran my jedi and watched my dammage output drop when intimidated and yet drop more when stunned..
hrmm
i think i'll start my next project... enhanced kwi from hell (player made version of kwi in geo lab)

hmmm..the kimo skin is auto CL40 and above no matter what, so for a kimo, this attempt wouldn't be worth much I'm guessing. I'm trying to find some good recipes too, and with some multi-generation cloning I did manage one (gurrcat) close to your kimo's stats, but with armor (kinetic 31, energy 32) and 2 more vulnerables....it came out CL35. Of course I have no idea what was put in it, because it was multi-generation, and I don't keep good records...oh well, back to the drawing board.

Using all five slots as VHQ Arachne Warrior (Endor) and experimenting all the way up on Physique, Mental and Prowess with spare points thrown into Aggro (if I recall right) got me a CL41 pet with 10K HAM, Light armour, Strong Poison and Blind. Fairly repeatable.
(You can fiddle with the experimentation points on that recipe, incidentally, to make twins...)
Maybe try throwing that into a Kimo skin?

Kimos aren't so bad to use. I have a couple actually that I use to eat ATSTs.
