This is old info from a while back but I was curious if it did or still does hold any weight. Something about taking samples from wild babies yeilding higher than normal stats or VHQ DNA more often. I really would like to know the answer to this.

Old fact actually, baby dna used to be bugged so you often ended up with clones that had around 30k of HAM when they were actually CL14 or whatever. This was under the old cloning system of course since you can no longer sample babies.
