As a BE when you make a clone, do you have to be a Master Scout to see all its properties including specials ? or do you see that before its tamed in your datapad ?

No

To reach BE, you need to get Medic crafting tree 4

Scout Hunting 4 and Exploration 4.

Then you need to get more Medical crafting Exp to get Novice BE

I know that. My question was do you see the specials and all properties of your created clone without being a master scout ? IE can I see that it has strong poison as a special when looking at my clone, what it has for resists etc.

You don't need the scout skill to see the stats on your creations in your inventory after they're made. In fact you can see it in the experimentation stage. Scoutdoes help when your out looking for things to sample though so you can see the CL levels of your target. Maskscent is a must also. To see the specials on things in the wild you need to be master ranger.

Master Scout gives you the ability to see CL.. something we can't currently do in any way, shape or form.

Specials, resists, and everything else is on the DNA sample, but not level.

hmm, that's not true. When a clone is in deed form, the creature level is viewable by everyone. I put the CL in the name of the deed before selling it on my vendor, and I'm 4-0-4-0 scout.

What I can't do is:
1. See the creature level of a creature in the wild
2. See the special attacks of a creature in the wild
3. See the damage, speed, or to-hit stats of a creature in the wild
4. See the creature level of sampled DNA
5. See the creature level of templates made from DNA
6. See the creature level of tamed pets that aren't mine
7. See the special attacks of tamed pets that aren't mine
8. See the damage, speed or to-hit stats of pets that aren't mine

I can see how they want to reserver 1,2,3,6,7,8 for master scouts, but 4 and 5 should be given to bio-engineers.

I understand that.. But if I have a DNA sample from "XXX Creature". What was that creatures CL? I don't know either. We can't see the CL of the DONOR creatures. I know full well we can see the CL of our clones
