Its a pretty good Kimo actually, having max ken resist with ar1 and energy resist is a nice feature, and strong disease insures that it helps out rather than just tanking.

Stop asking for critisizm if you're not willing to take it.
That pet is nice, it's true, but it's not a god. I've made similar creatures with similar stats, minus ranged attack and better Energy resist, at a lower CL.
But.. good luck on your auction.

While that is a pretty decent pet. I don't see how you can justify charging 500k, but hey someone bid so good for you.
Once you find the right endor creature to make that, its easily reproducable in about 10-20 minutes of work. Granted if your not master scout you'll need to tread carefully or have a ranger camo you. At the very least you should be able to knock at least 4 levels off of it.
**edit**, and i was feeling guilty about selling an almost identical pet for 87000.
