When crafting the clone...Does the OQ of the meat and Florar have any effect on the clone?

I've used +980 meat and flora and -200 meat and flora when I'm using 2 relatively same DNA and there is no signifcant changes to warrant using HQ meat or flora...the flora that I'm using now OQ is 68 and I'm getting the same results as when I was usingflora that was 968 OQ.
