Bio Engineer Archive

ok I just finished clone engineering IV, I go to a crafting station, look to check out the new pets I can make, same ones are there from engineering III, look in my datapad and all the schematics for them are there, yet I can't craft them, anyone ever had this problem before? I already tried restarting the game with no luck
