Thread: Non-BE question is this possible?

I know little about the BE process however I am a fledging BH that is a CH on the side (takes the damage as I use the LLC). In short I am after a custom pet for such a purpose, and was wondering if it's possible.
Lvl 25 - 30 (max)
Kaduu or other fast mount (must be able to be mounted)
No less that 5k HAM
No less than 200 damage per hit
Very high kinetic resistance
The purpose of which is a quick method of movement AND using a resistant pet against my mark (which 9 times out of 10 will instantly melee the pet and ignore me) without me needing to make a camp and summon the pet or spend ages healing the thing.
Any ideas if such a thing is possible and how much it would cost? Also for the level, is higher stats possible?
Oh and I am not after a ranged capability, it will only attract ranged aggro.

Oh and exactly what does the kinetic numbers mean? A kinetic resistance of 23 for example, is that 23% like armour?

THE % is supposedly the % of damage that gets negated from an attack... so I hit a creature with an energy wep and do 100 points on the attack, that creature has 23% resist to energy, it only takes 77 damage...
The pet is possible.. might even be able to make it with armor... vuln to all else and 50%+kinetic... Max kinetic and HAM would be around 6K average... Damage would be around 200, but to hit and attack speed might be a little low....
But I am sure there are people out there that could give you exact recipes on how to do so... and make it better then I described...
