Thread: Are Mollusks anywhere besides TC

Are Mollusks in the actual game yet, in quantities that are worthwhile? I have gotten soem orders for mimetic circuitry and do not know where to get mollusks. I DO NOT have any combat skills nor do I have the patience to kill hundreds of feeble mob's to get a few mollusks. I saw somewhere on the forum there might be a harvester for mollusks? Or you can harvest them if you are in a pond? Any info about this would be helpful

There is a Shellfish Tool schematic that is given by an NPC after accomplishing his 2 quests. This NPC is somewhere in Anchoread. No more shall I tell you regarding the NPC 
and yes.....there are plenty of mollusks to be had in the waters of various planets.Stand knee deep in water, use your newly acquired shellfish tool and the Mollusks and Crustaceans will come in 2 to 5 unit increments. They do not stack in inventory...you must be present to do this. I harvested about 400 in 40-45 minutes...enough to run a crate of Mim Circuit.

The Shelfish harvesting tool can offcourse also be found on the bazaar and some vendors
When you setup a nice macro that keeps the tool running you can also fish at the same time!
